Day of social involvement for employees at Camp Papillon

Triotech’s team donned yesterday rain boots and raincoats to do some of the physical work needed to maintain the Camp Papillon.

Triotech has been involved socially and physically with the Papillon Foundation for three years now, carrying out several different tasks, including maintenance, cleaning, demolition and landscaping activities.

« The social commitment of our employees is at the heart of the company’s values and priorities. It not only allows the entire team to build relationships outside the workplace, but also to become socially involved in an organization that makes a difference in the lives of many families of young people with disabilities. », says Ernest Yale, President & Founder of Triotech.

The Camp Papillon
Located in Saint-Alphonse-Rodriguez, 20 kilometers north of Joliette, Camp Papillon has been offering an adapted and safe camp, including a multitude of stimulating activities all year round, since 1938 to more than 1500 young people with a physical or intellectual disability. The mission is simple: to ensure the happiness and well-being of the campers by sharing with them “the magic of Camp Papillon”.

To achieve these goals, the Society of Children with Disabilities draws on public contributions and private companies, as welll as thousands of volunteers who come together to help these young butterflies with a broken wing to spread their wings.

Why Triotech?

They call us the rebels of the industry. And quite frankly, we take it as a compliment. For us, every project is an opportunity to challenge the status quo.
